Joan élan Davis is a nationally and internationally recognized artist. Her florals and abstracts have been included in museums and solo exhibitions from Cape Cod Art Museum to San Francisco. Davis loves to paint from a place of joy when she works on a canvas or digital design.

 

“I love to experience the outdoors wherever I go and I incorporate the feeling of the experience into my compositions. Many times my floral forms represent a person or a group of people and how they interact with each other. My colors stem from my imagination allowing each piece to tell its own story,“ she explains from her Malibu California studio.

 

Davis has been painting for decades and her artwork is in prominent private, corporate and hospitality collections throughout the world.
